Pallium is a national, non-profit organization focused on building professional and community capacity to help improve the quality and accessibility of palliative care in Canada. The ‘Compassionate Workplace Campaign’ was developed to foster and encourage more support in the workplace for those dealing with a serious illness or caring for a dying loved one.

We worked closely with Pallium to strategize, design, and package the bilingual campaign toolkit, with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and intuitive design. Our work included the design of the toolkit’s pacakging, several printed guides, activities, and tools, along with various digital documents, presentations, and other resources useful for employers and managers to lead their teams in the creation and fostering of more compassionate workplaces.

“It has been a great experience working with nineSixteen. Their experience and expertise shows in the quality of their work and I would highly recommend them to any organization looking for print or digital design and strategy. We will be looking for other ways to utilize their talent moving forward!”
