Contact

If you’re serious about being beautifully accessible and connecting more meaningfully with your audience, please get in touch. We’d love to chat about how we can help.

What to expect when you call us

First, we’ll set up a 30–45-minute discovery call with you to better understand your needs, what we can offer you, and how we might work together. We’ll ask you a lot of questions, and you’re likely to have some for us as well.
By the end of our discovery call, we’ll know if we’re a good fit for one another, and can discuss the next steps in working with you. This starts with a proposal outlining our proposed work, pricing, and timeline.
At any time during our discovery call, if we find out we’re not an ideal fit for one another, don’t worry. We’ll always do our best to connect you with someone in our network that might be able to help you.
Every client has different needs, so it’s usually tricky for us to give you pricing the first time you call — even ballpark numbers. Once we know more about your business, your goals, and how we can work with you, we’ll be in a better position to provide you with the costs involved.
Most of our meetings with you will be virtual. Once we know whether or not we’re a good fit to work together, and have discussed the details of your project, we can then make arrangements to meet in person, as needed.

Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get from new clients calling us for the first time. If your questions aren’t answered here, get in touch and we’ll happily set up a virtual meeting with you.

Land acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the land on which nineSixteen is located and operates is the sacred, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe Nation and is rich in Indigenous history. We are grateful to the Algonquin ancestors for their stewardship of the land and water that has allowed us to be here today.
