The Properties Group was founded in 1977 and has built a strong reputation in real estate investment and management over the last 40 years, managing over 70 properties across eastern Canada. However, the brand lacked visibility and impact, despite the company’s many years of success.
We worked with The Properties Group to create a bold new brand identity, along with new collateral and signage, all focused on boosting visibility while communicating a balance of grounded experience with forward-thinking expertise.
