Pallium is a national, non-profit organization focused on building professional and community capacity to help improve the quality and accessibility of palliative care in Canada. The ‘Compassionate Workplace Campaign’ is designed to create more supportive environments for the increasing number of employees who are caregiving, grieving, or dealing with a serious illness.

We worked closely with Pallium to consistently design and package the campaign toolkit, in English and French, including several printed guides, activities, and tools, along with various digital documents, presentations, and other resources useful for employers and managers to lead their employees in the creation and fostering of more compassionate workplaces.

The campaign is currently in its pilot, and is expected to launch in full in mid- to late-2020.
