To showcase the new Canadian History Hall, the Canadian Museum of History entrusted us to design its special souvenir catalogue for the exhibit. Presented in a larger format than other souvenir catalogues, this publication focused on integrating the visual styles of the exhibit with a clean, clear, and captivating presentation of the content. The catalogue also featured a special wrap-around sleeve, which featured a custom illustration of the Museum grounds.

Due to the highly positive reception of the catalogue, the Museum’s directors asked us to create a larger, hardcover coffee table book, to be given to donors and special friends of the Museum.

“I’ve worked with nineSixteen on a series of souvenir books, and after the first book I knew that I would be calling on them again. Their work is consistent, reliable and excellent. They’ve demonstrated the ability to maintain a common look and feel for the series but also to evolve it, making each book new and exciting. They have an incredibly quick turnaround and go above-and-beyond to meet tight print deadlines. Working with nineSixteen has been enjoyable and easy — and that last one makes all the difference.”
